The largest complex of recreational and water sports of Gilan attended by the governor of this province, was opened on Rasht's Mehr housing site. The largest complex of recreational and Water sports of Gilan called "ABSAR" attended by Mohammad Ali Najafi ,governor of Gilan and other officials, came into operation in Rasht's Mehr housing site

Director General of Sports and Youth, stated that the aforementioned Gilan's water sports complex is in an area of 4 thousand square meters and the foundation of 2 thousand 600 square meters and said: This great complex has been opened with credit of 80 billion Rials and by private sector and facilities of Governorship.

According to Masoud Rahnama , Jacuzzi, steam and dry sauna, restaurant, wave maker pool, the standard swimming pool, Turkish bath, coffee shop, hydrotherapy and entertainment pool, gym and massage rooms, salt bath, Fish Spa, slides, water buckets and private parking are among the facilities of this large recreational and water sports complex.
