Zibaazi: Spanish chained hotels of Melia, signed its collaboration agreement for the opening of a five-star hotel in northern Iran with Azimzadeh holding. The mentioned hotel is located in the area of Salmanshahr, and is part of a large residential, commercial complex and a hotel named “Ghoo Middle East Diamond” in an area of about 49 thousand square meters. The complex consists of three towers; two for residential and commercial use and the third one is a 38-storey five-star hotel

 In the event held in Farmaniyeh complex, Ahad Azimzadeh, the project owner introduced "Melia" as one of the most important global brands in the coastal hotels which is supposed to undertake the management of new complex and also working together, they will exclusively establish another 10 hotels in the cities of Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan and Shiraz in the near future. He appreciate the entrance of this group to Iran, and according to him, this would encourage other brands to attend Iran. Gabriel Escarrer, one of the directors of Melia Hotels International, considered the signing of the partnership and management agreement as the consequences of BARJAM, which caused ultimately the parties to reach a final agreement after a year. "Grand Melia Ghoo" Hotel will have 319 rooms and will work mainly with the aim of attracting foreign tourists.

During the ceremony, guests and delegations from several embassies, unions of carpet, unions of exporters as well as several media were present to cover the news, and at the end, precious gifts were exchanged between the parties.
